KIRAN BHATIA

BROOKLINE

The senior went 15-0 at first doubles during the season, losing just one set in the process. The Bay State Conference All-Star captured the 2025 Massachusetts High School Individual Doubles title. A three-time Herald All-Scholastic, Bhatia ended his career with a 67-2 record. Bhatia will study politics and international affairs at Princeton.

RAVIN BHATIA

BROOKLINE

Teaming with his brother Kiran to win the USTA Massachusetts High School State Individual Doubles Tournament, the three-time Herald All-Scholastic concluded his stellar career with a 67-2 record. An excellent student with a 4.0 GPA, Bhatia will major in politics at Princeton.

ALONSO BERRY

CAMBRIDGE

The sophomore earned Dual County Player of the Year honors after posting an impressive 16-1 record. Berry also reached the semifinals of the USTA Massachusetts High School State Individuals. Berry has done it on the court (29-4 career mark) and in the classroom (4.0 GPA).

CODY BLOOM

HOLLISTON

The MVP of the Tri-Valley League went 12-0 during the regular season. The sophomore reached the quarterfinals of the USTA Massachusetts High School State Individuals before retiring due to injury, a match in which he was up a set at the time. Bloom is ranked among the top 15 in New England in the 16-and-under age group.

JOSHUA CHEN

LEXINGTON

The freshman fit in nicely on the juggernaut Lexington tennis team, going 19-1 and helping guide the Minutemen to the Division 1 state team finals. Chen was a semifinalist at the USTA Massachusetts High School State Individuals, ranked No. 1 in New England in the 14-and-under age group. He has been honored with the Student Achievement Award for exceptional performance on MCAS.

PETER CHEN

WESTON

The Dual County League Foley Player of the Year, Chen went 12-1 and helped Weston advance to the Division 3 state team finals. The three-time DCL All-Star and former Herald All-Scholastic has a 43-1 career record in singles and doubles. He also skies and plays golf in the offseason.

DEVEN DEVAIAH

BROOKLINE

The school’s No. 1 singles player turned in a 17-1 record for a 19-2 team. A three-year regular at first singles, Devaiah helped guide the Warriors to the Div. 1 state finals. The National Honor Society nominee will attend Boston University.

SRITAN DEVINENI

LEXINGTON

The first doubles specialist was 12-3 during the regular season as the Minutemen reached the Division 1 team finals. Devineni also got as far as the semifinals of the USTA Massachusetts High School State Doubles championship. An excellent student with a 3.81 GPA, Devineni has a career record of 31-9. He will major in industrial engineering at Georgia Tech.

T.J. FAHEY

CONCORD-CARLISLE

The senior doubles standout advanced to the finals of USTA Massachusetts High School State Doubles tournament. The Dual County League All-Star was part of a Concord-Carlisle team that advanced to the Div. 1 team semifinals. A member of the National Honor Society, Fahey was part of a state team championship squad in 2022. He will attend Dartmouth.

LUKE FREE

ST. JOHN’S PREP

The third member of the St. John’s Prep juggernaut singles squad, the Catholic Conference All-Star helped lead the Eagles to the Div. 1 team title again. The Northeastern-bound Free ended his career with a 72-5 record and a pair of state team titles. Ranked 13th in Massachusetts in the 18-and-under age group, Free is a member of the National Honor Society.

BORIS KOUZMINOV

ST. JOHN’S PREP

The junior went 18-1 at first doubles for the two-time Div. 1 state team champs. For his career, Kouzminov surpassed the 30-win mark and has just two losses. A member of the Headmaster’s List, Kouzminov carries a 4.1 GPA. Kouzminov’s long term academic goal is to major in pre-dental.

DANIEL LYNCH

CONCORD-CARLISLE

A Dual County All-Star at first doubles and a member of a team that went to the Div. 1 state team semifinals, Lynch also advanced to the finals of the USTA Massachusetts High School State Doubles tournament. An AP Scholar with Distinction, Lynch will attend Washington University in St. Louis to study biology and computer science.

RUDR MALAYYA

ST. JOHN’S PREP

Undefeated at first singles for the Div. 1 state team champions, Malayya has a career record of 41-2. The honor roll student plays basketball in the offseason. Malayya will compete in national level USTA tournaments with his long-term goal to play college tennis.

JACK PROKOPIS

ST. JOHN’S PREP

The MVP of the Catholic Conference was a force at second singles for the Div. 1 state team champions. The senior earned all-league honors in each of his four seasons and received the Coaches Award as a freshman. A member of the National Honor Society and recipient of several academic awards, Prokopis will play tennis and plans on majoring in political science and religious studies at Holy Cross.

LUKE PROKOPIS

ST. JOHN’S PREP

The first doubles specialist lost just one match during the season and was undefeated in the postseason in guiding the Eagles to their second straight Div. 1 state team title. A four-time Catholic Conference All-Star and straight-A student in the classroom, Prokopis will play tennis at Holy Cross.

MYSTIC VALLEY

A three-time team MVP, Raj went 18-1 on the season, dropping just eight games in the process. The one loss he suffered during the season was an injury withdrawal. Raj advanced to the quarterfinals of the USTA Massachusetts High School State Individual tournament. The junior also played a key role in helping Mystic Valley advance to the Div. 4 state team quarterfinals. The president of the National Honor Society carries a 4.0+ GPA.

EVAN SAPTARI

LEXINGTON

The junior first doubles standout reached the semifinals of the USTA Massachusetts High School State Doubles tournament. A Middlesex League All-Conference selection, Saptari helped guide the Minutemen to the Div. 1 state team finals. A two-time Middlesex League All-Star and honor roll student, Saptari has a career record of 33-9.

TIMOTHY VARGAS

DUXBURY

The singles standout played a large part in Duxbury’s run to the Div. 2 state team title. He also advanced to the finals of the USTA Massachusetts High School State Individuals. A winner of several L4 singles and doubles events in the offseason, Vargas will play college tennis at Colgate.
