    Jun-Men Ramen Bar

    Asian Restaurant in Chelsea
    Our Highlight

The Jun-Men is one of the best restaurants for ramen in the city. By the way, Jun-Men means “noodles, straight up”. The secret of a really good ramen dish is the broth, which is sometimes reduced for hours and in the end is really “concentrated” and delicious. Absolutely sensational and once you have tasted it, you will understand why we rave about it so much.

This vintage dim sum parlor dates back to the 1920s and is a great place to stop and grab a bite to eat. With an extensive menu that includes tea beer and wine, it is one of the local favorites to grab some authentic Chinese food. We recommend making a reservation online as it can get busy here during lunch and dinner. Make sure to try the house special roast pork buns – delicious!

Chef of the Momo Delight is Fulpa Jangbu. He grew up in Nepal and his favourite dishes are dumplings – dumplings with different fillings. When he came to Queens, he missed the dumplings so much that he decided to create his own. The dumplings taste incredibly good!

Pinwheel Garden Dumpling and Noodle Bar

    Asian Restaurant in Jersey City

For those of you looking for a healthy eating experience, this restaurant might be it. They serve Asian inspired dishes that are made with GMO, artificial, and preservative free ingredients!  And all their protein comes from free range, pasteurized, and grass fed sources.

All of this leads to some seriously delicious food, including their coconut curry, which is one of their more popular menu items. But aside from curry, they also serve things like noodles and dumplings among other Asian inspired food. And they serve delicious tea to follow up your meal with!

  12. 12

    Ramen Danbo

    Asian Restaurant in Park Slope
    Add to myNY added

Small and unassuming from the outside, Ramen Danbo is probably the best restaurant in Park Slope for ramen lovers. The Japanese chain only has three locations in the USA, one of which is in Brooklyn. It doesn’t get more authentic than this! And you can choose how strong you want your broth and whether you want soft or firm to the bite noodles. The prices are also more than fair for New York. There is seating at a counter and a few tables as well as outdoor seating. The restaurant is popular. Be prepared to wait for a table.
